SHINE 2007 LAUNCH! =)
Heyhey! It's the official launch for SHINE 2007 today. Jun jie and I went to help out as volunteer and this had nothing to do with school because i sort of dragged JJ into this when i came across the official SHINE website. So we had a meeting on friday 6pm at NYC and guess who i saw. Stephanie Sim! Small world.. =X lol.. Then this morning we went there at about 8.30am and push out the helium tanks~ heavy.. Then start blowing up balloons and giving them out.. HMm.. Orchard Road was kind of empty and quiet. But as more and more people came, everything started and came the project superstars! Cool~ Then everything ended at about 2.30pm ba. I think this event is not very popular among the youth because even though the event is mostly organised by youth but i bet alot of people know nothing about this. Maybe they could publicise through schools.

So happy today! hahaz. Hmm.. don't really know why, just the feeling of getting everything right. Something can't be forced, it just come naturally. =) TAKE CARE and night!

All over!!
yES! Finally june coommon test is all over! And it's going to be a four day break from now to next tuesday..=) Well.. my blog seems dead now. hahaz.. About the exam, all i can say is i did my best and i hope everything will not be that bad though GP is already a goner with pathetically no hope =( Just hope to really have a good rest after this and then it's time to chiong for prelim and A level le.
Can't really blog now. hahaz. got nothing in mind. OH ya.. Karen is leaving soon. Hmm.. guess i will go and see her off.. =)

Hey.. Guess what.. i went to catch Fantastic 4 today with junjie because thanks to my sisters who always seems to have free movie tickets gave me 2. Hahaz.. So we rushed down to Shaw House and queued for 15 minutes!! before we can get our popcorns.. Wah.. the person serving was really slow lo.. As we had seat X-27 and 28 so i thought our seats were right at the back but surprisingly, they were directly in front.. second row.. -__-" Hmm.. the show was pretty good with a typical ending( Good rises above the baddies).. Nonetheless.. it was good.. Then tried to rush home for father day celebration over steampot at home. But cannot believe it, first i saw wei hao at hougang mall then i saw jiwei at the bus interchange.. And junjie and i were still talking about them before that. So jiwei just came back from OBS camp-3 day mobile camp.. Well, then we chat a "bit".. lolx.. about almost everything under the sun. It's been a long time since i last saw him.. And his research group got silver in SSCEF.. CONGRATS.. That's quite an achievement.. Great! finish blogging.. let's get back to work.. Study hard.. One week left.. Gogogog.. Okay. Time to face reality and back to the most crucial issue this holiday-JCT. It's in less than 2 weeks and i have not touched on biology and economices. ~pressure.. Hahaz.. Finishing mathematics and chemistry soon, hopefully but this friday. Then i guess it's time to mug biology and economices like crazy. Yahh... Yesterday went to jia hui house and tried to do some artwork which turned out unsuccessful. Hahaz.. all those painting techniques are all thrown back to Miss Ong(sec 1 and 2 art teacher). I could hardly paint properly now not to mention trying to blend the colours. Then it turns out to be a playing session at his house, slept at 5am. =X

Oh, i went for NS medical checkup and i got PES A-means suitable for all ns activities. So went to meet RH and JH at 8am and the bus journey was really long.. all the way from hougang to bukit merah interchange.. So there were about 7 or 8 stations, including all the medical stations and IQ tests. So we went into each station accordingly and the one where we had to withdraw a syringe of blood was pretty cool. i did not know the blood was flowing out.. hahaz.. because the way used is kind of different, the blood just flow out without having to pull the plunge. hmmm.. wonder why jun jie fainted.. lolx.. =X Anyway.. the whole checkup took about 5 hours! And the IQ test was really tiring and pressuring. Glad it's all over.. Now, just have to get a Gold or Silver to avoid early enlistment. =)

Just now went for basketball with Zhi Chen and have a nice chat with him over scholarship application and people's life. hahaz.. Guess a lot of people are now heading towards their goals in life. Then thought of their various achievement and can't help it but awed at them.. hahaz.. miss quite a bit in JC life.. Maybe i will try to do more... And A level is just round the corner.. It's just a few months from now.. We are the first batch with this new syllabus. Good or bad.. time will tell.. Hmm.. better get back to study.. Pray for me.. Good nite..

Random thoughts..

Hmm.. second week into the holiday... haven really accomplish much but did some revisions which i prayed hard that i wun forget the content by the end of this holiday.. hahaz.. Went for basketball with yong jun jus now.. It's been quite a while since we last played.. I guess it was pretty fun and i finally get to play some "serious" basketball.. Oh well.. talking about serious basketball.. Had a little conversation with jia hui last night over basketball and some issues.. Hmm... It was pretty bad initially with some conflicts and disagreements but still i find that he's a guy who can really listen to you. Well.. we were talking about how different people treat a game basketball differently.. Some people just think that they are good and when they played, they sort of tone down and slack around. Hmm.. i'm not saying that these people are not good, it's just that even if you are good, it doesn't give you an excuse to slack in a game of basketball. And dun misunderstand me.. I dun want a violence game of basketball.. I just want a game with techniques and skills displayed and the outcome of the game doesn't really matter.

Hmm.. life is kinda the same right ? as in we shld treat things seriously and give our best in everything right ? Why do something if we dun give our 101% It's kind of pointless isn't it..

And i gt back my handphone le!! It's finally repaired.. no more blank screen and spoilt camera.. A well modified phone.. Though i have this feeling that it was intended this way.. that this model has to undergo "operation" to function well.. Cos my sister phone which is the same model as me underwent its operation b4.. and is functioning well now.. Went down to Wheelock's Place twice to get my phone.. Din make it first time cos i was late.. =X Was quite pissed off then cos i went there all the way from hougang..

And i dun usually let emotions get the better of me.. maybe i do at times.. But no matter, the final word is keep it simple.. =) good nite and god bless....
